01 Round 1: Pre-Spring Treatment

With this application we apply pre and post-emergent weed control and high nitrogen fertilizer. This pre-emergent weed control is very important with helping keep spring weeds from establishing as the temperatures warm up.

02 Round 2: Spring Treatment

This application includes another round of pre and post-emergent weed control that will kill and prevent weeds in fescue lawns. We also apply liquid fertilizer that will promote a lush and healthy lawn.

03 Round 3: Late Spring Treatment

During this round we use a broad spectrum weed control product that is specially designed to kill and prevent 100’s of weeds. We also use a controlled release granular fertilizer that pack with high nitrogen and other nutrients for a healthy and green lawn.

04 Round 4: Summer Treatment

During this round we are using an granular humic-acid lime which conditions the soil for the up-coming overseeing of fescue. We also spot treat any nuisance weeds that may still exist.

05 Round 5: Late Summer Treatment

On most of our established customers we also use granular fertilizer that is packed with potassium and nutrients so your lawn will have the nourishment it needs going into the fall months.

* New customers with weed problems will receive a liquid lawn treatment with a broad spectrum weed control product to kill and help prevent 100’s of common weeds. We also use granular fertilizer that is packed with potassium and nutrients so your lawn will have the nourishment it needs.

06 Round 6: Fall Treatment

For this application customers will receive a granular premium fertilizer to help maintain a healthy root system and to keep their grass supper green. NO WEED CONTROL will be used, as this is the time of the year when most people over-seed their fescue lawns. Post emergent herbicides used at this time would be detrimental to the germination of the new seedlings.

07 Round 7: Winter Treatment

The last treatment of the year is a premium granular fertilizer application that keeps fescue lawns healthy and green through the winter. Spot treatment of weeds as needed.
